INQA Coaching

Publicly funded coaching for small and mid-sized businesses that want to see a change in how they work actually happen.

Arrange a conversation

INQA coaching is a funded advisory programme run by the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. It helps small and mid-sized businesses tackle a specific change in how work is organised, often in connection with digitalisation. I have been an authorised INQA coach since 2025.

Unlike classic consulting, INQA coaching does not hand over a finished concept. The company works out the solution itself, across several workshops and together with the people who will later work with it. My job is to structure the process, ask the right questions and make sure that what comes out of it holds up in daily work. Because I come from software development, I can not only facilitate digital projects but also judge them technically.

How the funding works

Initial consultation

It starts with a free initial consultation at an authorised INQA coaching advisory office. They check whether your company meets the requirements and whether your concern fits the programme.

Coaching voucher

If the check comes out positive, the advisory office issues a coaching voucher. The funding is then approved and you can pick an authorised coach.

Choosing a coach

Choosing the coach is up to you. A conversation beforehand pays off: you will work together for several months, so the fit has to work professionally and personally.

Working through it in workshops

Across several workshops you work out the solution together with your staff. In between you try things, adjust and sharpen them, instead of filing away a concept at the end.

Wrap-up

At the end you record what was achieved and what happens next. The advisory office accompanies the wrap-up and the billing.
