General Information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website.
Data Collection on This Website
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint of this website.
2. Hosting
We host the contents of our website with the following provider:
ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (hereinafter ALL-INKL). For details, please refer to ALL-INKL's privacy policy: https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/
3. General Information and Mandatory Disclosures
Data Protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
4. Web Analytics
Matomo (without Cookies)
This website uses Matomo, an open-source tool for the statistical analysis of visitor access. We run Matomo on a server of our own at analytics.bosnar.gmbh. The data collected does not leave our infrastructure and is not passed to third parties.
No cookies are set. Your IP address is shortened by two bytes before it is stored, which makes it impossible to trace back to you. A Do Not Track signal set in your browser is respected, and in that case nothing is counted at all.
What is recorded: the pages you visit, how long you stay, the page you came from, your approximate location at regional level, derived from the shortened IP address, your device type and browser, and individual interactions such as clicks on phone numbers, email addresses and calls to action.
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of usage for the purpose of improving this site, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Raw data is deleted after 420 days; aggregated reports are kept beyond that.
Objection
You can object to being counted at any time using the button below. Your decision is stored in a technically necessary cookie so that it survives later visits. If you clear your browser cookies, you will need to object again.
5. Protecting the Forms
ALTCHA
Our forms are protected against automated submissions by ALTCHA. Your browser solves a small computational puzzle before the form can be sent. This happens entirely in your browser. No data is passed to third parties and no cookies are set.
Blocked Submission Attempts
When one of our protective mechanisms identifies an automated submission, we record the event with a timestamp, the IP address and the browser identifier. This serves solely to detect and defend against attacks on our forms and is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These records are accessible to us alone and are not passed on to third parties. They are deleted automatically after 90 days. We do not store the contents of a blocked submission.
6. Data Collection on This Website

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to receive information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing free of charge at any time, as well as the right to correct or delete this data.
