First Aid Check: Website for an Inspection Service
An inspection service for first aid stations sells a legal obligation. The site has to explain why the obligation exists before it shows the offering.
Services Used
The situation
First Aid Check UG inspects and maintains first aid stations in companies: checking kits, replacing expired materials, meeting the German DGUV regulations and documenting all of it. The obstacle in selling is not the price but that many managing directors do not know the obligation exists.
The solution
So the site does not open with the offering, it opens with the regulation. Only once it is clear what a company has to comply with and what happens during an inspection does the service follow as the obvious answer. The structure is deliberately short: someone opening the page on the way into a meeting should be able to decide within two minutes.
Technology used
A custom-built website with no CMS underneath, plus hosting, domain and business email addresses.
The result
A site that builds trust in a field where trust is the buying decision, and that runs without any maintenance effort on the client side.
